Hendrick’s Summer Cup

Inspired by one of England’s most popular summer drinks Pimm’s no1 gin fruit cup and lemonade I have endeavoured to pull apart the recipie and create our own fruit cup.
Using my current favourite gin
I have created our own version of this iconic drink a truly refreshing blend of flavours and delivers a lightly greater kick with a higher abv of about 30-35% and much more refreshing taste. the cocktail will be available from
Hendrick’s Summer Cup
Ingredients for 6 serves
100 ml Hendrick’s
100 ml Lillet Rouge Vermouth (other red vermouth can be used but this is my current favourite)
50 ml St Germain elderflower liqueur
50 ml Fonsecca 10yr old Tawney Port.
Dash of Angustoura bitters or Preferably Jerry Thomas Decanter bitters if you can get hold of some
Fill to top with Fentimans Rose lemonade
Add Slices of cucumber, strawberry, mint and Lemon and orange
Other alternatives to give a refreshing zing to your Fruit Cup
substitute the St Germain for Grand Marnier Liqueur or Giffard Fraise.

Kew summe fete saturday 19th June

Come and join us on Kew Green on the 19th June as the waitresses perform on stage at the kew summer fete
.
The turtle will also be serving up delicious cocktails and a variety of burgers as well throughout the day.
Mortlake Summer Fair 26th June 2010
Come and see the waitresses perform their cabaret set at the Mortlake Summer Fair. The girls will be performing between 2.45-3.15pm on Mortlake green next to the Budweiser Brewery.
