Welcome to The Naked Turtle Function guidelines and information

Thank you for considering the Naked Turtle restaurant to host your function. Please note the following when confirming your booking:

To hire ‘A’ Section (Max 45 covers)
· Minimum spend of 2000 pounds including service
To hire ‘B’ Section (Max 16 covers)
· Minimum spend of 750 pounds including service
To hire ‘C’ Section (Max 30 covers) – private room
· Minimum spend of 1500 pounds including service
To hire the WHOLE restaurant EX bar
· Minimum spend of 5000 pounds including service
To hire the WHOLE restaurant INCL bar
· Minimum spend of 5250 pounds including service

To hire areas in the restaurant for LUNCH functions
· Minimum spend of 750 pounds including service

Notes:
1. Number of persons must be confirmed by no later than 7 days prior to the function.
2. Full menu choices must be confirmed by no later than 7 days prior to the function. They can be hand delivered/ emailed/ faxed to the restaurant.
3. A non-refundable deposit of 15 pounds per person will be accepted as proof of your booking confirmation. Should there be any no-shows on the date of the function, the deposit of 15 pounds per absent guest will be forfeited to the restaurant.
4. Should the function have a minimum spend on your section and the final bill is lower than the minimum spend, the restaurant reserves the right to adjust the bill to meet the minimum spend requirements.
5. Should there be any dietary requirements or allergies among the guests, please ensure that this is communicated in writing so that the Chef can accommodate the guest(s).
6. Any décor/ flowers/ cake/ additional musicians/ disco/ late license extension (subject to negotiation) can be arranged and is NOT included in the price.
7. All bills will be presented for final payment upon the termination of the function. They can be settled using either a Credit Card/ Bank Guaranteed Cheque/ Cash.
8. Full payment will be required on the day of the function. Any deposits given will be deducted off the final amount.
